Yes, we provide freshly prepared meals that focus on healthy, wholesome ingredients. Our meals are designed to nourish both body and spirit throughout your journey.
03How can I prepare for the retreat?
You’ll receive comprehensive information on how to prepare, both mentally and physically. We will also discuss this during the intake videocall. Preparation involves being open to and ready for a deep consciousness expanding experience.
04What should I expect during the sessions?

05Is the retreat suitable for everyone?
Our retreats are suitable for almost everyone. However, sometimes participation is not possible because of the use of specific medication, mental or physical issues. Hence the thorough intake process. .
06How can I book my spot?
You can reserve your spot by filling out our online intake form or by reaching out to us via mail. Completing the intake form does not result in any obligation. Your registration will be final after the video call and the payment of the deposit. .
